KMC is an intranet web page used by NID students and faculty to check the book’s availability, reserver books, checkout, etc., likewise actions related to NID’s Knowledge Management System (library).

Redesigning Methodology

This redesigning is done on Jesse James Garrett’s five planes model, which Jesse James Garrett introduced as a framework to understand user experience layers.
